Devone Richard is a multi-state licensed real estate broker with over $75 million in closed sales throughout California and Nevada. He holds a California Broker License (#01857383) and Nevada Broker License (#1002115).

His real estate career began in 1994 with his first property flip, leading him to launch D.A. Richard Investments to manage his rehab projects. He later opened Southern Pacific Funding to handle mortgage loans.

In 2013, Devone earned his broker license and launched Next Real Estate Advisors. Since then, he has closed a wide range of deals—from luxury homes to large multi-family properties—including a major $13 million apartment sale in Glendale, CA.

In 2019, he expanded into agent training with Next Real Estate Academy, helping others launch their careers in real estate.
