Beautiful Bluff Park reconstruction. So much attention to detail has been paid to the amazing reconstruction of this 1921 classic home. This home has been rebuilt from the frame up. Even the foundation has been re-encased. So you have new: plumbing, heating, electrical, tank-less water heater, dual glaze low-e custom wood windows, adobe tile roof and 5/8" drywall. Ceiling, walls and floor hae been fully insulated. Gorgeous kitchen has dark maple cabinets, an island with storage, an extra deep double Kohler sink and oil rubbed bronze Moen faucet and Silestone solid counter tops. The tiles throughout this home are a combination of handmade tiles from Pratt Larson and Walker Zanger and the deco pieces in the hall bath are 1920 vintage lead. The large formal dining room is serviced by a butler's panrty and is open to the nicely sized living room. The family room is open to the kitchen, and leads out to the redwood deck in the yard. Front and rear yards are either sprinklered or have a drip system for water efficiency. There are raised garden beds, a firepit and a whimsical meditation corner in the yard.
